Been wanting to do something like this for a while, we’ll see how it goes. The goal is to be able to name at least one pop song I like from any country in the world, with the caveats as below. I tend to enjoy a lot of non USian/British pop stuff, so hopefully this will be good m/

1. I’m going to go through a list of all existing countries, and look best I can for at least one pop track that I like

6. Countries with fewer than 1,000,000 inhabitants will get a pass if I can’t find anything as I don’t want to spend my life looking for Andorra’s next pop star. Countries with more inhabitants for which I can’t find anything will be deemed official non-bedecore states.
