First List

Just joined Sputnik this morning so I thought I would introduce myself with this list.
1Shai Hulud

The first hardcore band I ever heard. I think its cool that Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory was the bands lead vocalist at one point.
2Converge

A great hardcore band with some obvious punk influences. They are one of the most innovative hardore bands out there.
3Depeche Mode

One of the best electronic rock bands of all time.
4Poison The Well

Experimental Hardcore at it's best.
5The Amity Affliction

There is just not much to hate about this band. They are unique with their vocals electronics being what define them. Ahren Stringer is one of the best clean vocalists out there today. They put on a great live show too.
6The Ramones

The Gods of Punk. Johnny Ramone despised guitar solos and it showed as his riffs are some of the best ever.
7Children Of Bodom

Ah, melodic death metal at its best. The guiars stand out with their blistering solos.
8Led Zepplin

My favorite classic rock band ever. It helps that they have Jimmy Page who is argubly the best guitarist of all time.
9Muse

Rock with heavy electronic use. The bass and drums give one of the best rythm sections ever and are a very strong backbone for the band.
10Slayer

Enough said.
11Nine Inch Nails

Trent Reznor is a genious. Anytime Johnny Cash does a cover of your song you know your good at what you do. Experimental rock at its best.
12In Flames

A great melodic death metal band.
13Evergreen Terrace

Similar to TAA. No electronics used though. The band focuses on the dual vocals of Andrew Carey and Craig Chaney work together to perfection. They should be so much more popular than they are.
14Fleetwood Mack

A little out of place amoung the other bands, but Stevie Nicks is my favorite female vocalist of all time.
15Adele

One of the greate..... haha just kidding.
