MichaelSnoxall 02.06.13	My job's okay. On an easy night with people I like working with it's great. Sometimes it's a drag, but it's a night job so that's a definite plus. I hate early mornings.

SeaAnemone 02.06.13	I work at a radio station like 8 hours a week and it's awesome I just listen to music, study, occasionally post reviews and email labels and artists, and I get lots of free tix and interviews and free advance music and it pays okay for an on-campus job

Funeralopolis 02.06.13	time to rant... I used to love my old job, the work itself sucked but my coworkers were competent and very friendly, was bros with pretty much most of the store. Fast forward to new job at Food Basics, oh god why. The entire backroom is a narrow hallway and it takes forever to get anything does as a result, usually takes 15 minutes of moving skits etc. just to get to other side of back room. I get barley any hours, and I always get the worst jobs, essentially I couldn't get fucked over any more than I currently do: worst jobs, worst shifts, least hours but eh that's expected being the new guy. Managers have completely unrealistic expectations, they are supposed to also be workers on the floor but do near nothing while they are in, in place of someone who would have been working hard because of their bullshit expectations, you are constantly working at full speed and am never allowed to take breaks as a result. The staff constantly shit talk each other, everyone fights and fucks around and gossips- the entire place is just unfriendly and hostile, everybody seems to like hate each other there. It doesn't really matter how they are though because I always am put in a shift where I work nowhere near any other employees and never get breaks so I never get to talk to any other employees really. so yea...

Storm In A Teacup 02.06.13	I have a monthly income of about $1,000 and I work zero hours each week. But I do deliver magazines once every two months for an additional $250 and that takes about 12 hours to do. I want a real job don't be mistaken.

ConsiderPhlebas 02.06.13	Currently biding my time until an MA, working as a mentor to school/university students. Spend my days helping kids, and dangerously attractive 19-year-olds - telling them how to put an essay together and how to condense a week's research into one brisk hour on Google Books. Working before I got my degree was an endless ball-ache. Working after it is an absolute blast.

KSK1 02.06.13	I don't get paid enough but my job is okay. I HATED it in the beginning but after getting to know a lot of the people and knowing the best ways to do things it's not too bad.
