Satellite 05.12.12	other m was okay because it tried something new instead of doing the same goddamn thing over and over (cough zelda) but after a while it had my pining for the first shooter/not talking to fucking anyone experience of the prime games.

Gyromania 05.12.12	That's the thing that truly sucked about Other M: it portrayed Samus - a bounty hunter whose appeal lies in her anonymity and lack of emotional/facial expression - as somewhat timid, affording her too much dialogue which inadvertently kills the mystique of her character. That and the fact that it was a poorly executed concept.

Masochist 05.12.12	I've only ever played Prime, Prime 2 and Hunters. Hunters was a bit too challenging with the control scheme, but damn, Metroid Prime is really one the best video games I've ever played, no lie. I really enjoyed Prime 2 (I even got all the keys without consulting a FAQ sheet), but I always thought the common beasts there were all a bit too similar to ones in the first one. Wanna play Super Metroid now.

TMobotron 05.12.12	"2 is the best fucking game ever. 1 is just 2 in 3D" So 1 is just 2 but... better? Honestly are you trying to say that 1 having less dimensions is somehow better? That's what made Prime so great, it had all the depth and atmosphere of super but it put it in a modern more advance system and didn't lose any of what made super great, plus it had a fantastic s/t as sat said (though I don't think it's the best ever - it is close). There's not a single thing about 2 that was "okay", it seriously captured absolutely everything that earlier prime games could've hoped for, evolved on them, and then spit out a fucking flawless masterpiece. I really fell like anyone loving on the older games more is just a bit too loyal to the feelings of nostalgia.
LegendofPittman 05.12.12	I actually prefer Super over Prime, but other than that, this is perfect. Although, I would probably put pinball over Other M and Hunters. lol
SCREAM! 05.12.12	I get why people dislike Other M because of the story but the game itself was still pretty fun IMO
