Sometimes I go running too and 5 days out of 7 I drink in the evening (2 days out of those wasted), that's my biggest sin towards my body. I have a muscular (yet not too bulky, I'm quite slim but my muscles are pronounced) body, even have some sort of a sixpack (not a macho sixpack, just naturally visible). That's about it. The key to a healthy looking body, people, is not the hours you spend in the gym or practicing sports. It matters too, but the biggest factor is the stuff you put into your system! |

So far the results are coming in, which really makes me happy and motivated. That said, I think the most difficult thing when it comes to exercising is staying committed and being patient, without a doubt. |

11.17.12 | gym 3-4 days a week. 30 minutes of cardio on an incline and 30 minutes of weights, focusing mostly on core, shoulders and legs. not trying to bulk up at all as i'm pretty much exactly where i want to be (6'4, 180-85). cut out pretty much all fast food from my life, only drink soda with hard alcohol which i've also cut down on (but not by choice). kind of have to go to a gym to be active since most of my life involves me sitting around reading and writing and can't run around this neighborhood at night.
Aside from no fast food, I've cut down processed foods in my diet a ton (by about 75%) and try to cook as much as possible now. if i had more time to lift to bulk up i would but the system i have is pretty solid right now. if i had to recommend anything it'd be cook your own shit and try to go make the grocery trip weekly to keep things fresh and not have to rely on processed foodstuffs |
