I love how each little sound you hear in everyday life can be transcribed into a song, or something that draws in enormous inspiration. That's why I am drawn to genres such as post-rock, post-punk, ambient music, etc. I like the feeling of the atmosphere portrayed by the artists under these conditions, to create a sense of another world beyond ours. I absolutely despise lyrics pertaining to relationships, self-loathing, etc. it just reminds me of how much life sucks in general. To give you an idea about my musical taste, here are a couple of albums, that I hold very dear to my soul. 1. Boris - Dronevil 2. Earth - The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull 3. Interpol - Turn on the Bright Lights 4. Isis - In the Absence of Truth 5. Joy Division - Closer 6. Portishead - Third 7. Slint - Spiderland 8. Yndi Halda - Enjoy Eternal Bliss 9. Autechre - Tri Repetae 10. Bark Psychosis - Hex 11. DJ Shadow - Endtroducing..... 12. Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada 13. Mogwai - Young Team 14. YetAnotherBrick 02.07.12	Woah hey sorry I answered so late, but yeah, I see where you're coming from. A lot of those albums sort of let you interpret the emotions being conveyed for yourself, rather than just screaming "I'M SAD" or "I'M FRUSTRATED" like TDAG and albums like it do. I mean, I'm fine with lyrics that convey specific emotions pretty obviously, because there can still be ambiguity in certain lines, metaphors, etc., but yeah, I can definitely see where you're coming from.
