If you get rid of condiments, thats another few pounds off your base weight that you should see drop. mustard is like the only decent condiment, and mustard sucks.
YourDarkAffected 08.03.13	Try the Paleo diet (paleo as in paleolithic period). You cut out anything that a caveman wouldn't have eaten. So no grains, dairy, processed food. Anything like that. It's worked great for my mom and I. It's intense, but if you are determined enough, it will get you there.

Gaining muscle at present, have always been slim but without the access to the college gym I felt a bit under muscle mass; vary my free-weight days with my rowing while riding my bicycle to and from work (4 miles a day, 5-6 days a week) and it's been a nice change.

amemento 08.04.13	Read Starting Strength and follow that course for a few months, it's kinda boring but it's a fantastic beginners course. Eat in excess of 3000 calories a day, but don't go and eat McDonalds all the team, have plenty of protein (Chicken, nuts, oats, milk) and then once you start seeing some really significant gains change program. Do some cardio but do not do a lot of it as it will kill your gains, but it is necessary to being healthy so don't completely ignore it like some people do. Also take whey, Fish Oil, and if you don't eat enough vegetables/fruit have Zinc and Vitamin B/D supps. There are other things you can do but theyre good starts

amemento 08.04.13	yeah what bilborian was saying looked fine to me, basically just ignore what vegetarians have to say yeah starting strength is available online, or if you just want the program look up Starting Strength 3x5 (it might be 5x5 though can't remember) re cardio no that's fine dude, if you wanted to enter Zyzz mode than I'd probably advise to cut out a few days or so of cardio, but for just putting on weight and muscle doing 40mins of cardio a day (including the basketball in this) won't be too much of a problem, it might slow you down by 200-300 cals a day but the health benefits you get from doing cardio (and enjoyment) definitley outweigh the very minute difference you'd make in a couple of months in weight gaining
