Down On Life
Started off the day waking up late and rushing to school. Then, had
to sit through the most impossibly difficult calculus test ever. Giant
freaking essay after that. Found out the girl I like don't like me, but
rather one of my friends. Blah blah blah. Life sucks. List is some
relatively unknown albums.
The Burning Sun
Take Necrophagist's guitarist, trow in some amazing drums and a power
metaly vocalist and you have this band. Really good debut album. Did I
mention it's one long song too? If you don't check out any other album on
this list, check out this one
Journey Through the Hidden Gardens
Progressive rock/metal with a bit of jazz for good measure. Makes a good, if
slightly repetitive at time, album
On this Perfect Day
It's one of Arjen Lucassen's projects, which should say a lot to start. Here
he explorers a bit of the darker side of emotion.
|4||The Fall of Every Season|
Doom metal in the vein of Opeth, meaning acoustic passages and sung
parts along with heavier growled seactions.
The Day We Scorched the Sky
Not entirely sure how to describe this, but it also switches between heavy
and soft a bit. The off-beat drumming also gives it an odd vibe. It's an
The Truth Inside the Shades
Core, the band's second and best effort yet, has been getting some
attention around here lately, but I don't see this one mentioned at all.
While it's not the quality of Core, it's pretty close.
Anthology II: Links From the Dead Trinity
Armed with the female equivalent of Mike Patton, this band puts out great
quality avant-garde. Similar to UneXpecT in some ways, but in my opinion,
Another one I'm not really sure how to describe since I haven't listned to it
enough, but they include a lot of different styles of metal. The one thing it
lacks is focus
another prog rock/metal band. They have great clean sections and when
they decide to et heavy and the singer growls, it's a very good one.
However, the heavy sections take away a bit from the songs and feel a bit
out of place.
|10||A Hope for Home|
Better than average hardcore. The album tends to switch between heavy
and soft from song to song. This, again, leads an album that lacks a focus,
but it still a good listen
OMG ENUFF OF THESE FUCKEN LISTS NO ONE GIVES A FAT SHIT FUCKFUKCUFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK
It's always a sad list about girls. Fuck that shit.
Sorry brah. Life has good days and bad days...I know where you're coming from with the sleeping in. Every day I'm worried I'm going to be late for work. Tests - been there, done that. Love life - messed up bad right now.
But you have to focus on the good things, you know? It's natural to be down sometimes but if you stay there too long, you'll just let a million more good things pass you by.
go with kimm, brah
Light up a blunt and shut the fuck up.
Sputnik needs to make a "dealing with females" test that members must have to pass before being aloud to interact with the opposite sex.
Or just stop bitching about it. I broke up with my girlfriend a little over a month ago and I didn't make a list crying about it. Shit happens.
you will not get the bitch you want.
now shut the fuck up and sleep with as many women as possible.
its easy to rape a bitch so stop crying and stfu
It's not your fault Hawks, it's not your fault.
You have two hands. Now go find a topical cream or liquid of some sort and have a ball (no pun intended). I prefer to use Drano, it's smooth.
Lol thank you Bodom.
No but seriously it's not your fault. Really man it's okay.
You've stopped my tears. I appreciate it.
Today I also learned that sputnik is made up of druggies and lonely people with rape fantasies. You guys know it's probably not good for you right?
My dying bride
you just found that out now you have a long ways to go
No, listen to 8 now.
8 seems interesting
fuck all these lists are getting redundant. "my life sucks", "whats the point?", "my girlfriend dumped me", you'll wake and realize oh well, onto new things, jeez
Such wisdom spilling from the mouth of esteemed user "MetallicOpeth."
Well I mean come on. EVERYONE has their bad days. What seperates the strong from the weak is a matter of who can pick themselves up and say you know what, there's other things to do or just simply getting over it. Besides if you are feeling like that, the last thing you want to do is sign onto sputnik and spill your guts, people will make fun.
I was being serious I'm just dicking with you.
