03.10.12 | @CaptainDooRight Lemme guess? No Death In June and Rome because they fall into the "martial" genre? Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Their music is good. I don't know too much about Rome, but I have strong doubts that Douglas P. is a racist. He flirted with Nazi imagery but seems to take the piss on the whole subject. He's also openly gay, so he wouldn't really fit tidily into the fascist movement. |

03.10.12 | Alright. Sorry then. But it's an interesting topic nonetheless. |

03.10.12 | Wikipedia discusses it at length:

Douglas also talks a lot about politics in this interview:
http://www.occidentalcongress.com/interviews/intdoug_06.htm
From what I can gather, it seems like his experience with punk made him cynical about the left-wing. He's really more a provocateur who hates political correctness than an actual racist; he's worked with Jews and blacks throughout his career. I could be wrong, but I never intended to turn this into a discussion about someone's politics. I just thought the OP might like Death In June.
Another band I'll throw out there is Panopticon. They have stuff like this that might fit into the OP's sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9u39E6H61ZI&feature=related |

03.11.12 | Rome are leaning to left-wing but he doesn't describe his music as political. |
