Bloodmoon: I

The most I can hope for these days is Converge still being at it. They're one of my favorite bands and I just like knowing they're around. This exceeded my expectations and will probably prove relistenable forever.

This album feels like Tim Allen being shot through space. Also my first 5 in five years.

This is one of the best produced electronic albums I've ever heard. It has a lot of good melodies.

A powerful and cathartic post-rock ride.

Bringing back OG thrash/power metalcore.

Donda

This is probably my favorite Kanye album since 2010. Pablo comes close but a few of these songs are just insanely huge and timeless.

A very pleasing, laid back fusion album.
