Sounds like a good ass show, anyone else perform with them?
Yeah, there was this other band called Quiet Child. I'd never heard of them before but they played really well; might have to check some of their stuff out.
Damn im jealous haha
no bw park and one sl
not good enough
same setlist for the last while, not bad, not great
Sydney show was awesome. Mike is fucking hilarious, the Heritage setlist went off better than I thought, and the few drunk idiots calling for growls in the crowd were silenced quickly.
Would've liked to have heard some Ghost Reveries, but still.
And Quiet Child are fucking fabulous. Bought both their discs. Reccomended, dude.
It was amazing up until the 7th song then I wanted a chair so I could have a nap.
Yeah, Mike was brilliant when dealing with the hecklers.
Hearing him tell them to shut the fuck up in a beyond casual tone was outstanding.
I went to the show in Calgary and I was kind of annoyed with the hecklers until Opeth did their 3rd acoustic song. "WHERE'S THE METAL?!?". If I had a seat In like a fancy theater it would have been amazing. It also doesn't help that they stopped serving beer before Opeth went on...I was on the verge of falling asleep.
Hessian Peel>>>>Hex Omega. Other than that setlist is cool. Almost identical to the one I saw.
I don't want to see them unless they play some of their heavier songs.
