so i was driving yesterday while listening to "the background" (possibly the most underrated track on their s/t) and had just written a song about my ex who i just can't seem to get over. and i was taking my usual route to the gym when there was a fucking detour which rerouted me and forced me to drive by her street. and i swear to fucking allah that as i saw her house for the first time in months, the lyric "cuz i felt you long after we were through" came on and i just felt like i was in some sort of movie or something. it was probably the most eerily coincidental thing i've ever been a part of. | | 1 | Third Eye Blind
