It's sort of like comparing books to movies made about the books. Reading the thing is almost always better. |

I got all of Angel Sacurary (really good, read if you have not already) I have some of Buso Renkin, and some of Battle Angel Alita (Buso is alright... Alita is amazing) |

02.17.10 | I think most manga is going in a death spiral right now. The really good stuff (DBZ for example) was a couple years ago. There are a couple one-offs that are fairly good, but it just looks like everybody is running out of ideas lately. |

02.17.10 | And just to let everybody know (and I'm pretty sure this is the case with taroo too) we don't let the stuff dominate our life and we don't blockade ourselves in our homes with just pocky (candy) to keep us company. We just prefer manga/anime to stuff that's on tv. Where other people are always catching the new LOST or FRINGE every week, we are always waiting for the new chapter of FMA. |

02.17.10 | TRMshadow, you really need to follow taroo's advice and check out Angel Sanctuary. Its the most deliciously fucked up awesome manga ever. The first three volumes are kind of meh, but it really picks up later.
And to someguest, somehow I managed to enjoy anime and manga AND get my degree in medical technology AND get my certification by the ASCP, so fuck you. I have a degree and you don't, fucking brat |
