Saw Alcest And Enslaved Last Night

And they were fucking awesome. The first band was Junius. They have a very heavy sound. It's like post-rock with black metal (only clean vocals, though). I liked them a lot. Next came Neige (Alcest) with the band he brought with him on tour. Setlist was great. They played Le Secret and plenty of songs from both LPs. They were simply amazing. Since it was the last date of their tour, Grutle (lead singer of Enslaved) dressed up as a huge hot dog, and the rest of the band offered Neige Fromage (Cheese) and Vin (wine). I thought it was hilarious to see those angry vikings be so ridiculous. Enslaved also had a very solid setlist. They started with Ethica Odini and played songs from most of their albums. They were awesome but the guitarist smelled like sweat and urine after the first song and I ended up soaked in his sweat... It was a pretty nice experience, though.
