Bands That Changed Their Sound For The Worse

Few of my favourite bands that seriously let me down over the years by getting ideas above their station.
1Soulfly

I think the first three albums pretty much captures how brilliant these guys are and Max once said "Anyone can shred... it's easy... but can they come up with a riff? no" and then he releases 'Conquer' with bunch of solos o_O
2Taproot

I really don't quite know what happened after their second album but damn... what a fail!!!!!
3Korn

'See you on the other side' was a tough pill to swallow but 'Untitled' just takes the piss.
4Flaw

If this band weren't so attached to melodies, they would have made an awesome second album... why do bands water their sound down... i don't get it.
5Slipknot

It really does feel that their first album was a fluke, i doubt there ever will be another 'Wait and bleed'..... and that's one thing i'm not prepared to do either.
