MrHotMoms's Top 3 Of All Time

My 3 favorite bands of all time. along with a couple honorable mentions.. and can you rec me on the last three? thatd be sexy of you guys. thanks oh and the album i put is my favorite by the band
1Between the Buried and Me
The Silent Circus

I can't put into words the emotions I feel about this band. In my opinion, they
are the greatest band of all
time. They mastered the metalcore genre with The Silent Circus, along with the
prog-metal genre with
Colors. I can't count the amount of times I've cried to Mordecai, or even to Ad
a Dglgmut. I remember
when i was like ten and I bought Alaska by complete mistake and i hated it at
first. But it was the best
mistake I've ever made by far. My favorite point in their discography is towards
the end of Sun of Nothing,
when the madness stops and Tommy calmly yet epicly sings, "I'm floating towards
the sun, the sun of
nothing." Amazing. Epic. Masterpiece.
2Streetlight Manifesto
Everything Goes Numb

In my opinion this is the best band to come out of both the ska and punk genres.
Thomas Kalnoky took
ska from a shit hole of a genre ridden with three chord pop punk anthems which
happened to contain
horns to elaborate songs with flawlessly layered horns and beautiful lyrics. I
could not go a week without
listening to Everything Goes Numb in its entirety, and I listen to both A Better
Place, A Better Time, and
Would You Be Impressed? almost every single day.
3Blink-182
Enema of the State

I realize a lot of people on this website don't like this band but I honestly
don't know where I would be in
life without them. I feel like no matter what i am going through at any given
time, Blink will have a song I
can relate to and connect with. I listened to Blink nonstop from 5th grade all
the way through 9th grade
and I know each song by them by heart, and I can play most of their songs either
on guitar or on bass.
The only reason I put Blink 3rd instead of 1st is because I don't listen to them
as much anymore, but yeah
I can't wait for their new album.
