08.03.22 | this is more my brother and his girlfriend (who live in seattle, though they haven't gotten and might not get tickets)'s taste than mine, but w/e. very excited for japanese breakfast, first time and she seems like a superlative live singer. the national I've seen 2-3x and theyre always at least p good. animal collective have an amazing live set now and I'm SO stoked to see them (8th time). (march 2022 at brooklyn steel was fantastic, and their new 20-minute song is top 5 no joke.)
jamila will prob be cool. saw mac during college orientation and listened to him a ton freshman year so the nostalgia vibes will be real. peggy obviously excited, never seen. shabazz might be weak live, who knows, but they are certainly cool. love a couple soccer mommy songs but not much else, nonetheless excited; mitski should be cool even though I've never loved her music.
