I want to, at one point in my life, become self-sufficient. I want to cut myself off from society for a few months at a time for a year or so, just to see what it's like. I'd also like to leave near the top of a mountain, get married, build a mudplugger, make as big a bonfire as I can without dying (or destroying anything) and so much more...
