01.13.10 | book is one of my favorite all-time books and dfw is my favorite author
haven't seen the movie but i'm apprehensive that they fucked it all up; john krasinski isn't really my first choice to be handling a dfw adaptation |

01.13.10 | requiem for a dream's good; movie actually did a better job (selby did help write it so that explains it). haven't read vonnegut. just read infinite jest and it was incredible. only 1100 pg. book that i really wanted to be longer, like another 500 pages. and is dfw's other stuff as good as infinite jest? |

03.04.10 | I thought the movie was a pretty good adaption of stories which should have been close to impossible to adapt into a movie. gets a solid 3.5 / 5 from me. |
