witchxrapist 07.21.14	@Emim seeing Spitfire, Underoath, and As Cities Burn the same night was one of the most Christcore experiences of my life. Plus Sincebyman and Poison The Well were on that tour too, srsly the best show of my life imo.

witchxrapist 07.22.14	YO I didn't even know Woe Of Tyrants was Christian, that band fucking kills. and some Christian stuff is REAL preachy, like the first Underoath album, holy shit. Parts of the first As Cities Burn album are kind of preachy too, but it's in a self-helping manner rather than vindictive... August Burns Red's first album, just gotta quote Speech Impediment "There is a man who seeks his own happiness and his smile is warmer than five of yours," which is genuinely one of my favorite lines in metal lyrics, but damn that's kind of preachy (in a positive manner imo).

I love Jake's voice and all, but his lyrical content just isn't the same level. and IDK I could never get into War Of Ages, and I know they did not like me when I met them cause they got really pissy with me for making fun of Pantera.
