I know I should have bought this long ago, it has so many songs I remember from "back in the day".

Like a pretentious journey through the middle ages.

Turning Season Within

Great vocals and songwriting.

Gin

Very aggressive and angry, and the lyrical themes are a breath of fresh air for the genre.

Great melodies and vocals.

Night Is The New Day

Very thorough album, pretty much every song is as good as the others.
7Iced Earth
Burnt Offerings

I usually can't stand power metal, but the riffs are to great to ignore. Especially Dante's inferno.
8Edge Of Sanity
Crimson

Covers pretty much every base of Metal in existence, and does them better than most.

Stone's Reach

Had this one recced to me, been enjoying it since.
