12.06.08 | There's a problem with this list and it involves the absence of Deftones. |

12.06.08 | For a Nu-Metal list it actually isn't too too bad. 1 will always be awesome because LD 5.0 is amazing and 2 will always be good for what it was way back when. Disturbed's new album is great. Slipknot will always be meh to me. Dysfunction was a great album for Staind. After Break the Cycle they went way downhill. |

12.06.08 | Why don't people ever look into nu-metal further? Shit. Ill Nino, Spineshank, Nothingface, Mototgrater, and Mushroomhead are all ace. |

12.06.08 | nobody's ever heard of Relative Ash, Lifer, Liquid Gang, Switched.... nobody cares man. Taproot had a solid debut also. I must say i dont agree with Dysfunction being nu-metal. It was aggressive alternative if you ask me... |

12.06.08 | Ah, Taproot, another fine example I've forgotten about. Gift was great. |

12.06.08 | I forgot about Ill Nino and Spineshank...haven't listened to most of the others mentioned. |

12.06.08 | List needs Flaw and Motograter other than that pretty decent list. |

09.29.11 | i like 2,3 and 4 i would put Godsmack as well although their technically not Nu-Metal (Just Standard Metal/Hard rock) but they came out around the same time and people consider them Nu-Metal. |
