2 is really called "Die Eier von Satan", which is german, meaning "The Eggs of Satan" (it's actually a cooking recipe), but could also be translated as "The Balls of Satan", though I'm not 100% sure whether Tool got that ambiguity.
Not scary at all. This list needs Slayer - Hell Awaits, Some old Emperor. Some old stuff with bad production and lots of echos. That's some scary stuff. Listen to I'm the Black Wizard walking in the streets at to AM you'll see what is scary music. lol
What about Demon of the Fall?
List needs more black metal
needs more jennifer lopez
Jimmy isn't scary at all tbh.
Eminem's Kim came to mind for me.
as for black metal: i personally don't find crappy production blast beats and shreiky vocals all that scary.
No black metal tends to be more cheesy than anything(except for j-rock). Kim is scary as hell, i remember listening to that album thinking eminems a funny guy and that shit came along.
Needs some FBTMOF like ...As A Result Of Signals Being Crossed or My (Fucking) Deer Hunter.
I would have put "Kim" by Eminem and "Black Sabbath" by Black Sabbath.
needs Strapping Young Lad's Room 429
Personally, I'd say Mind's Mirrors or the latter half of In Death - Is Death are more unsettling to listen to while driving/walking home alone. Shed's not a bad choice, though.
Ive never really thought Panic room was scary at all.
this list needs some of the ambient Aphex Twin songs on it.
I would've put From Skin To Liquid by Cannibal Corpse on here. That song has the eeriest tone ever..
i find at 7:10 onwards of meshuggah's "in death - is death" the creepiest thing ever!!!
and also the original 'tattered and torn' off slipknot's creepy experimantal first album from '96 that not many people have heard about. i probably just mainly find it scary because if you listen closely, it sounds like at 0:24 onwards it whispers "Nick!!!" which is my name, but its just a weird repeating guitar effect or something. but it REALLY scared me when i first heard that. kinda silly though.
needs more not being a fag and getting scared by music
Needs East Hastings by GY!BE
The stuff in your list is not scary.
I was listening to bathory erzibet last night, alone in the dark, with the headphones on, lying on my bed.
It was almost scary just cause I didn't after exactly how many bell tolls the man shut in a coffin would start screaming.
