Krazytom's 10 Best Punk Albums Of All Time

Punx Punx Pizza Party
10Bad Religion
No Control

Greg Gaffin and Mr. Brett are what push this album over the edge, great
sound. Lot of energy in this record, love tracks like I wanna Conquer the
world, You, Must Look Pretty appealing, and Automatic Man
9Misfits
Walk Among Us

LOVE the misfits, LOVE glenn danzig, Just a great, dark, fun album all the
way through, Skulls by far one of their all time best tracks, also love I
turned into a martian, mommy can i go out and kill tonight, hatebreeders,
and Devils whorehouse
8Ramones
Rocket to Russia

What can I say about the Ramones that you don't already know, fun fun
band, with fun, fun music. Just one of their great albums here, with tunes
like Rockaway beach, Sheena, I don't care, and a GREAT cover of Surfin Bird
7Misfits
Static Age

Yup, another Misfits album, definitely their all time best, Last Caress, we are
138, teenagers from mars, angelfuck, attitude, bullet, she...the list of
awesome songs goes on and on. Misfits is truly the punk band for metal
fans. Just so heavy, fast, and dark that metal fans (like myself) can't help
but love it
6Ramones
Ramones

Can't spell punk without R.A.M.O.N.E.S RAMONES, the first 4 songs on this
album is one of the best starts to any punk album ever. Love the tone of
this album, one that has truly aged well.
5Catch 22
Keasbey Nights

Might get some flak for this being ska, but this is MUCH heavier than any
3rd wave ska album i've ever heard, (and anyways Streetlight Manifesto is
the true definition of ska), so I'm labeling it punk, the true talent of each
member of this band is ridiculous, and kalnoky really shines in his song
writing, from dear sergio, to the title track, to the ending of 12341234, so
many great songs that are perfect to cheer you up and put you in a great
mood.

Milo Goes to College

Regular life through the eyes of a punk, a great, great record. Some truly
great songs like Hope and parents, and one of the funniest punk songs
ever in I wanna Be a bear
3Operation Ivy
Energy

Can't be punk without energy! Punks all time best supergroup, some of the
best bass licks of any punk band, and what set the bar for great ska/riot
ska. Bombshell is one of my favorite punk songs of all time.
2Dead Kennedys
Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables

Love this album, jello is the definition of a punk frontman, one of the
greatest song writers punk has ever had. Great guitar riffs on songs like
Holiday in Cambodia, amazing vocals throughout with stand-outs on kill the
poor, Holiday, and California Uber Alles. Love the viva las vegas cover, as
well as the energy on songs like Chemical Warfare and I Kill Children. A
gem of the punk genre
1The Clash
London Calling

Not a surprising pick I know, but a necessary one. The influence of this
album can be felt throughout all of the previously mentioned ones. You've
got straight punk stlye with songs like the title track, ska style with songs
like guns of brixton and rudie can't fail, everything. This is where punk
became awesome
