Now with a new album in tow, time for me to remake this list
13Iron Maiden
No Prayer for the Dying

A album most people, including Iron Maiden themselves, try to forget, a few
good songs, holy smoke, bring your daughter, tail gunner. But even the
good is just Maiden going through the motions, way too poppy and boring.
Lets move on
12Iron Maiden
Fear of the Dark

I personally don't dislike this album as much as some people do, outside of
a couple of boring songs, its actually pretty solid. Fear of the Dark is one of
their all time best. ANd you also have some good stuff like Quick or Be
Dead and Afraid to Shoot Strangers
11Iron Maiden
The Final Frontier

If you put AMoLaD and DoD together, this is what you would get, and it actually works really well. It takes a
while to digest like the other too but it turns out to be another great listen
10Iron Maiden
Dance of Death

Again, a little too poppy of an album for my taste, but definitely a fun and
great listen too. Rainmaker was the first Iron Maiden song I'd ever heard,
so this album gets points for that.
9Iron Maiden
A Matter of Life and Death

Instead of poppy like with DoD, Matter of life and Death is a little too
proggy for me. I do like a lot of the heavy slower riffs, but its the slow part
that hurts this album for me. A lot of solid tracks here, but this is hardly the
Maiden of old
8Iron Maiden
Killers

Awe yeah, now we getting into the rough stuff, Paul Di anno. This album
lacks the raw power that the S/T did, with only a few standout tracks like
wrathchild, murders in the rue morgue, and ghengis khan, bu tits still some
great stuff. And you start to see Maiden switch to a more metal sound that
they perfect real soon.
7Iron Maiden
Iron Maiden

The Best of the pre-Bruce era, a TOn of great stuff here, the title track of
course, but then theres running free, sanctuary, and phantom of the opera.
I'd love to hear them re-record this album with Bruce. This would be higher
if it didnt suffer from some production quality like Killers did.
6Iron Maiden
Piece of Mind

I know a lot of people love this album, but other than Die with your boots
on and the Trooper. I don't think its one of their best albums, the trooper
can only carry you so far.
5Iron Maiden
Brave New World

Now were getting into the elite albums, Brave New World can be descibed
in one word; explosive. This album explodes in your face with tracks like
the Wicker man, ghost of the navigator, blood brothers...The first 6 songs
of this album are amazing, and while it sort of peters off at the end, BNW is
one wild ride
4Iron Maiden
Somewhere in Time

The most under-rated Maiden disk, you have some amazing songs here like
Alex the Great and the title track, but then you have one of their top 5 best
in Heaven Can Wait. Great way to start mixing more proggy elements into
their songs.
3Iron Maiden
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son

And here you have the most epic Maiden disk, great tracks from start to
finish. Prog-Maiden at its best.
2Iron Maiden
Powerslave

The most badass Maiden disc, Aces high is by far their best opening (if nto
their best song) and this continues all the way through the epic Rime of the
Ancient Mariner.
1Iron Maiden
The Number of the Beast

What you get when you cross Powerslave with Seventh Son, the Best
Maiden disk yet. As well as the first one I ever had, it also has some of
their best songs together in the title track, run to the hills, and my favorite
Maiden song of all time, as one of my overall favorite songs, Hallowed be
Thy Name. Up the irons indeed
