Hard Rock's last truly great year in its seven-year stranglehold on music. Fun fact the first albums I ever owned were Destroyer and Rock and Roll Over by KISS (and Metallica's Black Album). My completely subjective overall rating for the year is a 3.5/5.
Priest, Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life, The Alan Parsons Project's Tales of Mystery and Imagination or Klaus Schulze's Moondawn are among my favs.
