| Great Endings
endings to albums that make me want to listen to them over and over again. | 1 | | Converge Jane Doe
Last two minutes of the title track (and the album), simply amazing music. I mean, fuck me amazing, it seriously is that good, been digging the hell out of this album recently as well, love the lyrics and vocals, crazy as fuck. | 2 | | Death Symbolic
The ending to the last track, Perennial Quest. Simply gorgeous, the acoustic guitars and the classical guitars going together like that is pretty much orgasmic, I could listen to it forever. | 3 | | Disillusion Back to Times of Splendor
Last instrumental section of Sleep of Restless Hours, epic as hell. everything just comes together in that climax before it fades out, man, I love it. | 4 | | pg.lost Its Not Me, Its You!
The climax of Siren (not counting the bonus tracks as part of the main album), it's not even the biggest one on the album or the most dramatic, but there's just something about it. The way the rest of the track builds up to it and then just releases all that energy... oh yeah, this is probably the best post rock album i've heard, get it if you haven't already will you? | 5 | | Primordial To The Nameless Dead
No Nation On This Earth... the whole track really. Everything's perfect on it, my favourite Primordial track, the melodies in the second half are just fantastic, a really amazing ending to a really amazing album. | 6 | | Dornenreich Durch Den Traum
VIII, the last chapter of the album. I just really love it, so easy just to lose yourself in the melody and whispered vocals, could actually be considered anticlimactic to the rest of the album but yeah, instead it really fits. | 7 | | Swallow The Sun Hope
Alright, I don't really like this album all that much. But I'll admit that the last minute and a half of the album is really epic, easily the best part of the whole album. | 8 | | Candlemass Epicus Doomicus Metallicus
At the end where the female vocals are introduced for the first and only time, really amazing song writing there, just those last twenty or so seconds really end the album on a high note. | 9 | | Autumn Leaves As Night Conquers Day
Pretty much all of The Discovery, really amazing and atmospheric melodic death metal, just everything in this final track is perfect. The melodies as the song fades out are just pure gold. | 10 | | Rise Against The Sufferer and The Witness
"Life isn't like this." Seriously, if you've heard the last track you know why it's here, that last chorus is amazing. | |
