Hatshepsut ftw

I seriously forgot some songs last time. hope i remember them this time 'round.
1 Metallica
Blackened

Apparantly my favorite song of all time, this is an easy metal classic. Excellent riff, amazing solo, and even very solid drums. yes by Lars. very fast on the hats and double bass. and oh yeah the guitars kick arse.
2 Opeth
The Moor

No favorites list is complete for me without Opeth. The Moor is incredible, starting very quiet, and instantly becoming an all out killer on the riffs, drums and growling. Couple of guitar solos, flawless poetry and of course, incredible singing, both growling and clean.
3 Opeth
Bleak

Amazing to say the least. starts and ends hard, with great breaks of quietness in between. this song features some of my favorite clean vocals ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever
4 Chronic Future
Shellshocked

I'm shellshocked I forgot this last time lolol. This has some of my favorite lyrics of all time, so emotional, made better by beyondtheblueprint's story. thanks dude, this is one of my favorites of all time.
5 Straylight Run
Existentialism on Prom Night

existentialism- doctrine that man is a unique and isolated individual in an indifferent or hostile universe, responsible for his own actions and free to choose his destiny. on prom night!! one of the most beautiful things i have ever heard. i sent it to my friend and she started crying. 'nuff said.
6 Circle Takes the Square
Crowquill

In 2:44, the song changes speed about three or four times. in less than 3 minutes!! incredibly emotional, it tugs at your heart. it makes me wanna cry. even with the shrieking.
7 Opeth
The Leper Affinity

Quoted from Thor, one of the greatest metal songs of all time. the opener for the classic Blackwater Park, this, like the Moor, features incredible riffing, singing and drumming. But because it's Opeth, it's normal.
8 Jimi Hendrix
Purple Haze

PURPLE HAZE!!!
9 Radiohead
Paranoid Android

An android that's paranoid. android!! Radiohead classic, this really calms you down. You hear it and say "ahhhh." nice and peaceful. Maybe I should've made this Fitter Happier.
10 Iron Maiden
Aces High

I think Maiden's classic, yet i have one song on my list. Meh, i'ma listen to more eventually, since i've already started. this song's about war, featuring a great solo and great singing. all the good stuffs
11 Circle Takes the Square
Kill the Switch

Amazing to say the least. Another typical CTtS song, it has lots of time changes, and it features one of my favorite moments in music: "I know it's all been done before. I wanna do it again! I WANNA DO IT AGAIN!!" Love the words, love the music
12 Metallica
Sanitarium

Four great guitar solos. FOUR!!
13 Joe Satriani
Ten Words

Features a melody that's so simple that even I can make up, yet it's still so beautiful.
14 At the Drive-In
One Armed Scissor

At the Drive-In has one of those singers that sings so strangely, you can't help but love it. One Armed Scissor is simply one of the most fun songs I have ever heard.
15 Black Sabbath
Crazy Train

Hey why not.
