Some Great Albums With Few Ratings
1Kammerflimmer Kollektief
Cicadidae

Future-Jazz/Electronic/Experimental. Utterly unique and beautiful album. Modern lounge music that manages to keep your attention while it flows between tranquility and some challenging noise segments. Controlled chaos. Also their only album worth listening to unfortunately.
2Tomasz Stanko
Purple Sun

Free-jazz. Just about the exact opposite of the kind of jazz he produces today. A big step-up from Music For K. "My Night, My Day" is a doozy.
3Guapo
Five Suns

RIO/Zeuhl. Apocalyptic prog rock. Long-winded crescendos, heavy bass and martial drumming that tread along under a repetitive structure until it finally explodes.
4Jon Hassell
Aka/Darbari/Java (Magic Realism)

Future-jazz/Ambient. Like #1, but more like the music you'd hear in some lost subterranean society.
5Sir Richard Bishop
Salvador Kali

Folk/Acoustic. Great guitarist who can shift between many styles and flavors. Very eclectic and underrated.
6Höyry-Kone
Huono Parturi

RIO/Chamber Rock. Heavy prog rock with operatic vocals and string arrangements. Extra crunchy.
7Xploding Plastix
Behind The Eightball

Future-jazz.
8Joshua Abrams and Natural Information Society
Automaginary

Future-jazz. It's similar to #1 and #4.
9Eberhard Weber
Silent Feet

Jazz. This album is just beautiful.
103 Mice
Send Me a Postcard

???. This album is just fun.
