are borne of destitution; fostered by it. to live easily is to know of hardship, but to never understand its affect. yet we still let the elite tell us how it is our fault that we are this way... "the only problems worth solving are those affecting [the upper caste]" -- there's fifteen kwells on the counter; dream with me. list is recordings. gonna add to this periodically (motivation dwindles too quickly)

"people tell me they know my struggle, what i've been through, why i'm like this. they tell me it gets better. each time i get one step closer to snapping. there's a time and a place for token gestures. and, remarkable as it may seem, given i am a man with so much time and no fixed place, now is never the time. it's not that i can't appreciate the half-baked sincerity of easing moral burden, and that disgusting sense of self-satisfaction that comes from really doing nothing at all... it's just that, after so many trials and tribulations so many relapses; so many jail stints; you come to realise that things don't get better. life throws us these hurdles to see if we can adapt and overcome. for a long time i was puzzled by my inability to do the same, but, over years of thinking and years of seriously abusing myself, i came to realise that i'm not unable... i'm just unwilling: unwilling to compromise; unwilling to find my own gain in the loss of others.
