Proud to Have These in My Music Library

The following albums have been panned and universally blasphemed. Many can be found for trifle at any used media store across the U.S. Some of these have sadly faded to obscurity. I am proud to have the following in my music library, as bad as you may think these albums are.
1Army of Anyone
Army of Anyone

A failed project featuring Filter and STP. I feel that Richard Patrick brings it on this album.
2Art of Anarchy
Art of Anarchy

Scott Weiland panned this album even before it came out. Incredible, as it was some of his best work since STP - Core and the first Velvet Revolver album.
3Ashes Divide
Keep Telling Myself It's Alright

I see this in the dollar bins all the time. However, I still (to this day) feel this is a spectacular album. Minus Maynard J. Keenan of course.
4Black Veil Brides
Wretched and Divine

I see people say poor things about BVB. I understand. But honestly they rock and Andy Biersack is a great lead vocalist.
5Candlebox
Candlebox

This band was seen as a second-hand grunge band. In the Seattle scene, but not really (or late to) the scene. Well, this album fairly rocks hard. Dig it.
6Cherri Bomb
This Is the End of Control

Every time I listen to this, I come out with the same feeling. These ladies rock and they rock hard!
7Coal Chamber
Coal Chamber

I've seen negative reviews of this album, recently. That's fine. But back in the day this album was heavy as nu metal hell.
8Device
Device

David Draiman sounds the same no matter what band he's in, you say. Yeah, maybe true. But this band and album did not get their just desert. This is a great work, especially if you had the extended version.
9Future Leaders of the World
LVL IV

Sounds like Kurt Cobain. Check (in a few areas). This is just a great CD. Another I see in the dollar bins a good bit.
10Greta Van Fleet
Anthem of the Peaceful Army

OK, so I don't feel that this band is "all that". But I do like a bit of "throwback", every now and then. This is not as bad as everyone thinks, nor as good.
11Hoobastank
They Sure Don't Make Basketball Shorts Like They Used To

Like Incubus, Hoobastank sold out and went soft. But they did have a few great tracks. This is probably my favorite of their albums, similar to early Incubus style.
12P.O.D.
Circles

I'm not sure why this album was derided. It's some of their best work in years. Harkens back to the Southtown and Satellite days.
13Poison
Greatest Hits: 1986-1996

Ah, the band everybody loves to hate. Yeah, they are no Motley Crue or GNR. .But damn, they did have some great songs. If you were alive in the 80's, I'm sure you were bouncing to Unskinny Bop at some point.
14Pressure 4-5
Burning The Process

Picked this CD up for nothing. And is it the best CD I ever purchased. Well no, but far far from the worst. They had a harder, later Incubus type sound.
15Pras
Ghetto Supastar

Pras gets no respect in comparison to Wyclef. But he was one of my favorite Rappers for a while, with the deep baritone.
16Reel Big Fish
Turn the Radio Off

One hit wonder. Yes indeed. But this album was and still is pretty tight, and a fun ska punk listen.
17Saliva
Every Six Seconds

A band most on Sputnik love to hate. Honestly, some of their albums rock and rock hard.
18Shootyz Groove
Jammin In Vicious Environments

Will likely never get the respect they deserve, as they were a true progenitor of the rap rock/metal sound.
19Spacehog
Resident Alien

Another one hit wonder. But also some good space rock to boot.
20Sugar Ray
Floored

As much as I hate later Sugar Ray, I loved this album and Lemonade and Brownies. Back in the day, they had a sound that was so hard to peg. When you listen to these early albums, you realize that no one sold out as hard as Sugar Ray.
21Systematic
Somewhere In Between

Lars Ulrich...the man we love to hate. Hell, he single-handedly took down Napster. What a Tool. But one good thing he did was champion this album. Another dollar bin frequent, this album is actually a solid listen all the way through. For a whole hour. Never get bored.
22Texas Hippie Coalition
Peacemaker

This band is a bit lame. A bit too much trying to be Pantera today. But their early albums hit hard.
23The Darkness
One Way Ticket To Hell And Back

Another dollar bin casualty. This is actually a pretty tight album though.
24Thirty Seconds to Mars
30 Seconds To Mars

This is one of the best albums everybody either forgot about or hated their new work so much that it was forgotten.
25Ugly Kid Joe
America's Least Wanted

Go back and take a listen to this. This was a hard band to peg. A bit alternative, a bit 70's, a bit 80's. This album has weathered pretty well over the years.
26Warrant
The Best Of Warrant

I know, this is some blatent cock rock. True. But there also had a few great songs. Always loved Uncle Tom's Cabin. Also, Dog Eat Dog took a bit of a harder approach, which was good at the time.
