Rec Me Some 90's Post-Hardcore

Apparently, I am a closet fan of post-hardcore and didn't know it. There were always these few CDs in my collection that didn't seem to fit with the others. For example, I could never find a good spot to put my Helmet (#1 and #2 below) and Far (#3 and #4 below) albums. Over the years I accumulated more albums by bands such as Quicksand (#5), Hum (#6 and #7), Handsome (#8), Wool (#9 and #10), Orange 9MM (#11), and Downer (#12). And more recently Rollins Band (#13). Honestly, there was no rhyme or reason behind purchasing #5 through #12...I'd read a written review or heard some verbal praise, and would purchase. For example, heard in an interview that John Garcia (of Kyuss) was a fan of Handsome and had to give it a spin. Finally put it together that these bands had a similar thread. So I'm looking for some Post Hardcore from the early 90's, preferably with dense guitars and good vocals. Let me know what I should be listening to (or should have listened to back then).
