I can't fully understand, as I've never personally experienced such feelings, but I can imagine it's difficult to come "to terms" with, since it's a complex and different sort of sensation. It's worth putting in that work to process it though, as your feelings are 100% valid and should be respected. My friends are incredibly empathetic and have many fulfilling relationships, so that wouldn't change, just the romantic side of things may shift/disappear.

suppatime 03.07.23	Romantic shit is overrated bruv. It's nice, but there's plenty of other places to find companionship. There are plenty of asexual people out there as well, so don't think you're abnormal. Also, chances are that things in the future won't be as bad as you think. Whenever I'm caught in a rut with negative thoughts about myself and my future, I try to remind myself that. Brains have a funny way of making you think the worst is going to happen when that's almost never the case. Either way, good luck. There are always better days ahead, I promise you that. Awesome list btw, this shit is all fire.
BMDrummer 03.07.23	Hang in there friend, coming to terms with these things is a journey full of both highs and lows, but it will absolutely make you stronger to be as honest with yourself as possible. Recently got off medication and decided to experiment with meditation again and that's been the most helpful thing to cope with my own depression, just observing how your body reacts to certain thoughts and patterns. There's no one size fits all approach, but believe me, you got this and you will only get stronger. Just play the m/ in the meantime and feel free to hit me up in my shoutbox if you wanna chat or want recs or anything at all. Lots o good shit on here, so keep that on your side.
