So overall, I'd say power metal is probably my favorite type of metal. I've decided to pay homage and share 60 or so of my favorite releases. I highly recommend all of these, especially if you're looking to uncover more cheese. Some are more progressive/thrash/traditional heavy metal, but regardless, these are all somewhat overlooked (ish). I decided to not include "The Big 4" of this genre (Helloween, Blind Guardian, Stratovarious, Gamma Ray) because those are the obvious ones.
