My favourite atmospheric electronic albums (2nd update)
Another update for the atmospheric electronic albums list. As always, only albums will be counted where vocals are not permanent, either non-existent or just sporadically, means no EBM, futurepop, darkwave, electro-industrial, trip-hop (with vocals) will be here. Honorary mentions because discovered after the list: Integral - Rise, Subheim - Approach, Architect (DE) - Consume Adapt Create, Geomatic - 64 Light Years Away, Xanopticon - Liminal Space and Totakeke - The Things That Disappear...
Also, I can't say it enough times how important all those atmospheric & experimental electronic albums got over the years. All kinds of music genres can make me feel calm, positive and sometimes euphoric but those following albums really are essential in my music world. Perfect to leave reality for hours |
