My spreadsheet tells me I've listened to 54 albums that came out during January to March 2018. Of these, 22 received a rating of 3.5/5 or better (although only four got 4/5 and one 4.5/5) and they are listed below. Overall, it's been three months with many solid releases but only a few real highlights. 'White Horse Hill' by Solstice was my favorite from this quarter and it's a strong contender for my Album of the Year. Hope you enjoy the list and find something pleasing to your ears.
Thanks for the recommendations, everyone! Portal, Ataraxy, and Tomb Mold are also on my list of albums to listen to, I just haven't gotten around to them yet.
The new Sleep record was released on 20 April so there's still a chance it ends up on my list for the second quarter. ;-)
