I'm not a huge hip-hop fan myself but I'm slowly getting into it. I just discovered Studio Murena last week, I'd hardly call them "classic" at this point but they're interesting, a kind of mix between jazz fusion and rap, the song SETIPERDITUODANNO is in 5/4.
