GhandhiLion 08.20.21	I've checked Hartfield and Tokyo Shoegazer before and I didn't think much of them. Coaltar of the Deepers, Asobi Seksu and Cosmicdust have some good albums but idk if I'd include them.

Also, check Panda Riot, Shelling, Infinity Girl, Alter, Life on Venus, for more recent gaze albums. Consider: Secret, School of Seven Bells, Drop nineteens, Tears Run Rings.
