I know I'm kinda late on this one, but I wanted to make up some lost ground. Since Sputnik code loves me and my submissions, I'm hoping the third time's the charm for this not-so-fancy list.
I actually thought it was a good year for electronic music. 13, 17, 21, 22, 28 were the most notable electronically driven albums personally, but I generally liked or listened to more electronic albums that year than usual.
