15 Rappers To Look Out For In 2015

Rappers who are going to get more attention and rrrare on the rise. The order of the list could rrreasily be changed around.
1OG Maco

OG Maco, the "U Guessed It" rapper ended 2014 with a great mixtape and EP.
His very
energetic and aggressive delivery is his selling point for most. It seems
like OG Maco could
have a big future past his hit song.
2Vince Staples

In 2014 Vince Staples had a great mixtape and a promising EP showing his
progression. Vince's
debut LP is supposedly dropping this summer.
3Young Thug

After Young Thug's big 2014, it would be hard to not capitalize off that
success he had. With 2
solo albums, a collaborative tape with Rich Homie Quan and Birdman, and tons
of guest verses,
it's hard to not be excited for what Thugga has for us in 2k15.
4Travis Scott

In 2k14, Travis Scott released the well received "Days Before Rodeo"
mixtape. While I
personally was not a huge fan of the tape, I am excited for his upcoming LP
titled "Rodeo"
which is possibly dropping in March.
5Isaiah Rashad

Rashad released a surprisingly good debut LP on TDE. Before this, he was
almost unheard of.
Hopefully he has something in store for 2015 to follow up his first release.
6Mick Jenkins

Mick Jenkins's mixtape, "The Water[s]" was a very good jazzy mixtape and
what we've heard
from him since that release has sounded promising. An EP is apparently in
the works and is set
to be released in the near future.
7Pro Era

While Joey Bada$$ just released his debut LP, I think the lesser known
members of PE will finally
have their chance to shine. Look out for CJ Fly, Nyck Caution, Kirk
Knight, and Dessy Hinds
in particular.
8Prof

After excessive touring with Atmosphere and deM atlaS, Prof's energetic and
humorous persona
should make people take a look at the latest addition to Rhymesayers. Prof's
debut LP is on track
to be released later this year.
9deM atlaS

The other opening act for a handful of tour dates in 2014 with Atmosphere
and Prof, is deM atlaS.
He released an excellent EP in the latter half of 2014, so hopefully we see
another release from
the Rhymesayers act soon.
10GoldLink

After releasing a mixtape, "The God Complex" in 2014, which went under the
radar of many,
GoldLink showed his potential. If he can improve on his sound slightly then
I'm sure he can
turn some more heads this year.
11iLoveMakonnen

Makonnen released a hit in 2014 with the song "Tuesday", collaborating with
Drake. If he can ride
the success from that song, his 2015 could shape up pretty well.
12Vic Mensa

After a long drought of Vic Mensa music, Mensa has announced a new EP. If it
sounds much like
his previous project INNANETAPE, his future could be looking good.
13Lil Flash

Lil Flash, an affiliate of Chief Keef/Glo Gang released his promising debut
album late in 2014. He
has already followed up his debut early this year with his 2nd album, "T'd
Up In Da Coupe", and
it only seems he has more to come soon.
14Kembe X

Following a somewhat quiet 2014 for Kembe X, who only released a 5 song EP.
The Chicago
rapper could have something big in store for this year.
15Azizi Gibson

Azizi Gibson had a quiet year as well, also only releasing an EP. He does
plan on releasing a new
project soon, hopefully it can live up to his last 2 works.
