06.15.18 | Because most of the times, you are idolising not the actual people in question, but their public image which can be just about the polar opposite of who they are. Because Hollywood sells you what they want to sell you, which is flawless perfect celebrities. Having a role model that in reality you know nothing about, and idolising people who live in a completely isolated bubble from the actual world can be unhealthy. Boy was I obsessed with Hollywood a few years back. Could just be me though. |
