06.07.18 | Great list! Funny, My favorite In Flames would almost be your list backwards. I dig their newer work better than the old. But Clayman is one of my favorites. |
RippingCorpse1986
06.07.18 | I thought you hated these guys.
''I dig their newer work better than the old.''
Literally what. |
RippingCorpse1986
06.07.18 | Machine Dead ranked when men |
RippingCorpse1986
06.07.18 | Yeah men.
So... CaFARTsis or FARTtles? 0_o |

06.08.18 | I can understand why most hate the newer albums. Besides Clayman (which is the first of its kind), my next favs are A Sense of Purpose and Sounds of a Playground fading. I also dig Battles. |
RippingCorpse1986
06.08.18 | Wow.
Can't say a lot about that stuff tho. Never heard them after the mid-00s. |
heck
06.08.18 | I love everything through Come Clarity, like A Sense of Purpose and Sounds of a Playground Fading, and detest the last two abominations they shat out |
Hawks
06.08.18 | 1 is 1 for sure, Colony is second for me and I know I'm in the minority but Come Clarity is in the top 3 for me. |
bgillesp
06.08.18 | 2 is 1, 8 is 2, 1 is 3, but not a terrible ranking. It's criminal to put 6 and 7 above 8 and 9 though |

06.08.18 | m///
hard to rank the first few tbh |
Space Jester
06.08.18 | Glad STYE is so high, it’s really underrated. I actually prefer it to Clayman.
Where would you put Subterranean? |
Nazzadan
06.08.18 | Subterranean is In Flames' best effort and borderline the best melodic death recording ever. |
Space Jester
06.08.18 | Well I don’t quite agree but it’s top 5 In Flames for sure |
BeyondCosby
06.08.18 | I think I need to check out their older shit. I personally enjoy Come Clarity and never really got the dislike for it. |
SymbolicInTime
06.08.18 | 1 is 1. Come Clarity is too low |
Faraudo
06.08.18 | Correct list, I'd just swap 7 with 9. |
InFlamesWeThrash666
06.08.18 | The top 5 is pretty accurate |
Demon of the Fall
06.08.18 | I still haven't gotten over how much of a disappointment Whoracle was after hearing TJR. |
InFlamesWeThrash666
06.08.18 | First time i heard Whoracle i didn't like it at all. I loved Jester Race and Colony on the first listen but i couldn't get into Whoracle...Then i tried again after a few months and it blew my mind |
Sinternet
06.08.18 | not heard a ton of their stuff tbh but colony is my favourite of the ones i know |
Madbutcher3
06.08.18 | agree with the exact ranking of the top 5, but would have 9 and 10 above 6 and 8 |
Henderson
06.08.18 | 2 > 1 > 3 > 4 >> 5 > 9 > 6 > 7 >> 10 > 8 >>>>>>>>> 11 > 12 |
DungeonBoy
06.08.18 | Whoracle is great but doesn't have the same replayability as TJR for me. Kinda got burnt out on it after learning the entire album on guitar, but TJR is still really fun to play along to. Colony is one of the biggest, heaviest, sounding modern metal albums ever produced. IMO it sets the bar super high for what a polished modern melodic death metal album should sound like. |

12.29.18 | I remember these guys being fun guitar jams, although the gaps in difficulty between their easy classic-era stuff (Jester Script, Bullet Ride) and the hard (December Flower, Coerced Coexistence) were pretty mammoth |
