| My All Time Top 5's
I hit 500 Ratings and looked at my ratings, noticed I only had 10 superb
ratings. So here they are and why they are 5's in my book. | 10 | | Lower Definition The Greatest of All Lost Arts
An amazing album that helped me get into Post Hardcore music. I love the screams
and the unique instrumentals! This album went so hard, especially on The
Weatherman holy shit fucking great screams! And this is my least favorite album on
this list. Best Tracks: To Satellite, Miami Nights , The Choreographer, The
Weatherman. | 9 | | Brand New The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me
I got this album in 10th grade and listened to it throughout the whole winter. Get
on the bus and put on this album! I don't know why but when winter rolls around I
have to listen to this album! I can't just listen to one song on this album, I have to
play the whole thing. Every thing is great about this album, but I can't even tell
what it is. It just is! Best Tracks: All of them | 8 | | Thank You Scientist Maps of Non-Existent Places
The most Unique band on this list and also the newest! They have great potential
and may become my favorite band if they make more material! This album is a
masterpiece!! Every song on this album kicked so much ass, but in a different way
every time. Whether it be the fucking Chello or the amazing percussion, there is so
much going on in this album. And it makes my ears happy! Best Tracks: Check them
all out! | 7 | | Coheed and Cambria No World for Tomorrow
Most Hardcore Coheed fans don't "love" This album like they do the others. This
was the first album I listened to by them! At first I didn't like the vocals but now
Claudio is one of my favorite Vocalists! This album was so dam CATCHY! I still jam
this album often, seems to never get old. Best Tracks: No World For Tomorrow,
Feathers, The Running Free, Mother Superior, Gravemakers & Gunslingers, Justice in
Murder, Radio Bye Bye, | 6 | | Bayside The Walking Wounded
I don't normally listen to Pop Punk or Rock but this album changed that for a while!
This album was in my cars Cd player for at least 6 months and the funny thing is
that it never got old. Great lyrics and tight clean instrumentals, Great vocals. This
album grows on you, then doesn't get off. Best Tracks: The Walking Wounded,
Duality, Carry On, Dear Your Holiness, Landing Feet First, Thankfully. | 5 | | Eminem The Slim Shady LP
My first taste of rap and this album is still my favorite flavor! The old school beats
and Eminem's or I mean SLIM SHADY'S flows on this are amazing! This Album had
like 20 songs on it and at least 15 of them were all amazing. Every song on this told
a story, which I love in rap. Best Tracks: Too many to count! | 4 | | Senses Fail Still Searching
This album made listening to music a hobby, I used to do something else and just
jam. But this album Changed all that, made me really pay attention to lyrics. This
albums lyrics, amazing! Pretty Depressing album but it's so fun to listen to! I'm not
even a huge fan of Senses fail but dam, this album is a masterpiece! Best Tracks:
All of them! | 3 | | La Dispute Wildlife
Recently started listening to La Dispute, and boy have I been missing out. At first I
was very turned off by Jordan's voice, didn't take very long for me to LOVE IT! The
music is good enough on it's own but holy shit the lyrics and vocals. So much
emotion and I just can't stop listening! Best Tracks: a Departure, Harder Harmonies,
Edit Your Hometown, a Letter, The Most Beautiful Bitter Fruit, King Park, a Broken
Jar. | 2 | | Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain
Okay so I got into DGD around a year ago, and holy shit I wish I got into them a
longggg timeee agooo!! They are so freaking unique and play the best post-
hardcore I've ever heard. This album kicks ass, but all of their albums are perfect in
there own way. Best Tracks: And I Told Them I Invented Times New Roman, It's
Safe To Say You Dig The Backseat, Strawberry Andre, Lemon Meringue Tie, The
Backwards Pumpkin Song, Antlion. | 1 | | Coheed and Cambria The Second Stage Turbine Blade
Okay so I first heard Coheed when I was 14 or so. At first I was like "the singer
sounds so gay" At this point in time I can't believe I'd even think such a thing!
Claudio has such a unique voice and it fits perfectly with the unique style of music
they play. This album had so many amazing songs, although it wasn't the album
that got me into them, it is by far my favorite by them and I still listen to it at least
once a month! Best Tracks: All of them! | |

02.13.14 | Still Searching was a critical album for me as well. Really introduced me to the band and their genre of music. While they've moved on to a more hardcore sound now, that album really influenced my love for pop punk and metalcore music today. |
