Meh, if you're doing this, some of the bands you have in the list shouldn't be there either. You really going to call Horse the Band pure metalcore? |

03.17.18 | @GetLow I mean bands that many people claim are metalcore but very clearly belong to other genres. Like Heaven Shall Burn and Darkest Hour are predominantly melo death. Lamb of God is groove/thrash metal, and the rest are primarily prog metal. Mathcore and bands like HORSE the band are metalcore. |

03.17.18 | The drumming on 1 and 2 have always blown me away, and on 6 and 7 actually |
Get Low
03.17.18 | Well I can't complain about Periphery or Protest being considered primarily prog even though I'm not sure if I agree, lol. |

03.17.18 | Baptists. Don't even know what album of theirs to recommend but all I ever hear about is their amazing drummer and it certainly seems that way from live footage I've seen |
BlazinBlitzer
03.17.18 | 1 and 2 were the only ones I've ever really paid close attention to. 3 is fine, but he's not on that level for sure. I would also throw in Dirk Verbueren (Megadeth, Ex-Soilwork) and Mo Carlson (Ex-Protest the Hero). |
