This would probably be my album of the year if I had to choose. Unquestionably their best record, and seeing them perform nearly the entire record live was borderline transcendent despite some technical issues out of the band's control.
If it weren't for Great Falls, this might take my top spot. I've been following D.L.'s work since Konec je všude and this is his finest work yet. Deeply strange and inventive without tipping over into alienating wank. Must-hear.
Both versions of this record are top shelf, but the sequencing and expanded sonic palette of this one makes it ever so slightly superior to the original release.
