Frank (Henry Fonda) in Once Upon a Time in the West
he probably gets the best villain introduction I've ever seen. He and his outlaw band have just murdered a family and the only member of the family left is a little boy. One of Frank's outlaws asks "Well Frank should we kill him too?"
Frank pulls out his gun points it at the kid and says "Now that you've said my name," and pulls the trigger.
