01.02.12 | I'm not sure if they're a band to take completely seriously, though. I mean, Al is Scottish, not Irish (although they do perform "The Green Fields of France," which iirc is a Scottish poem?), but they just seem like very genuine, down-to-earth dudes. Music aside, I would want to party with them. Or at least go to Ken's bar as long as I didn't have to explicitly state that I like Boston teams, because fuck the Red Sox and Celtics. I love hockey, so the Bruins are okay. No comment about the Pats because Brady helped me a ton in fantasy football this year! |
