Synchestra

Exactly. It took a while for me to realize it but Addicted is probably his best, and at LEAST up there with the likes of
Terria.
I do, however, feel like people hate on Zilotid too much. Of course the concept is silly, Devin is a silly man. And the
music is by NO means consistent but ZTO, By Your Command, Solar Winds and N9 are great tracks. The rest are at
least interesting and well-executed, if not a little irksome (ie: Ziltoidia Attaxx!!!). It might not be an incredible album,
but i don't think it his worst or that it isn't worth listening to. | Remer17

08.30.12 | Finally someone who pretty much nailed it. Your top 5 is pretty much like mine. "Ki" is by far his worst album, very weak songwriting, and "Deconstruction" was a disappointment overall. "Synchestra" is also weaker than much of what you put behind it, too many commercial-sounding accessible pop moments.
But yet again it's "Physicist" that takes a back seat, and I don't know why, it's a great album.
However, a complete DT best-of list needs to have all his SYL albums as well, because those are all written by him, it's not a band effort, at least not in the studio. The ambient releases are irrelevant and could be left out. | KILL
