redskyformiles 01.12.11	i still like all of these for the most part. i just never get the urge to listen to them. there's a difference. besides, just because a band was seminal in a genre doesnt mean they should be mandatory listening. no one ever WANTS to listen to a band like lets say... Venom. No one's a fan of them either. They're just like what Wavves are to hipsters. You have to like it, but no one really does.

Crimson Death 01.13.11	I agree on 7-10, and pretty much Melodic Death Metal in general, also 15 and 18 grew off me big time, but I still like Nevermore, and Iron Maiden in small doses. I still listen to Opeth a lot after years, Death as well. TSOP was the first Death album I heard, and for a while I liked Symbolic better, but I haven't been listening to Symbolic lately, but TSOP still grips me, I can't ever see myself giving that album up.
