My Top Ten Albums Of All Time

Because I am sooo important, You should know my top ten albums of all time.... ....So Far, that is.
1The Notorious B.I.G.
Ready To Die

This is rap at it's finest. It has everything you could want in an album. Sex, Drugs, Violence, but most of all: Heart. You can hear the honesty and pain in Biggie's voice, it truly displays every mood. I first heard this album in 2002, and it's been my favorite album ever since.
2Daft Punk
Discovery

The album that got me into electronica, and also by far the easiest album to listen to. This is the fisted Hour and Fifty seconds ever. This album is upbeat, energetic, and just flatout fun to listen to.
3Nas
ILLmatic

Though this is nor my favorite album of all time or my favorite Rap album, when someone asks me to give me an example of a clasic album, I still say ILLmatic. From the dark and raw production, to Nas' know-it-all street mentality, this album is #1 on almost everyone's rap list.
4 DJ Shadow
Endtroducing...

WOW!!! This album is just genius, it really is. It's really just Brain Food. The pounding drums throughout the album are irresistable, and Shadow finds the best samples. Every song on this is astounding, There isn't one song on this album i'd take off (No, not even the skit)
5Nine Inch Nails
Pretty Hate Machine

MY list has changed many times through the years, but the 2 Best NIN albums have always been Conjoined, but PRetty Hate MAchine always seemed better than The Downward Spiral to me. Maybe TDS was more important, and a bigger leap forward for music, and maybe it had a cooler concept and was more emotional, but for some reason, I'll alaways take this over TDS, I love industrial, and industrial is 2 things: Metal, and Electronic music, I am more Electronic than Metal, so maybe that's why I like this album more. That and Every song on this is nearly perfect on this.
6Nine Inch Nails
The Downward Spiral

So maybe there are only 2 other people who put PHM ahead of this, but that takes nothing away from how truly legendary this album is. The most emotional and angry record ever put into plastic. And Trent can articulate anger like no one else. You could have won the lottery, ended world hunger, and recieved a rim job from Jessica Alba, and Trent could still get you angry.
7M.I.A.
Arular

This album is at #7, it's not staying there. Considering that it was in my top 20 the first time I heard it. And it got better every time i listened to it. And there was a 3 week period where I only listened to this album and I'd listen to it all the way through at least 3 times a day. I don't want to rate it too high because It's new and I might just be caught up, but this album is hard to not love. I worship M.I.A.
8Eminem
The Marshall Mathers LP

Though I haven't given this a thorough spin in over a year, this album pretty got me into being serious about music. Before this I would only like what the radio played, but this made me look through my dads cd's, and helped me grow into the mature Music listener I (Think I) am today.
9Jay-Z
The Blueprint

Sept 11th, 2001. Crappy day, but it was made a bit better by Jay-Z's best effort, though it gets shot down by snobs and called overrated, I feel that this album is the 2nd best Hip-Hop album put out in this decade behind Eminem's Album above. There are no bad songs for me.
10Basement Jaxx
Remedy

Once again, it will reach a higher number than this. The first time i heard it i loved it. and I kept loving it. And I don't think I will ever stop. This album is pretty little known, but i feel it is one f the best electronica albums put out, not even the ludes are boring.
